Identify if your patient may be a candidate for office-based IV sedation/general anesthesia.
Call or email us to submit a request. We will need the patient's contact information, dental procedure, and estimated length of treatment time. We will contact your patient directly for the anesthesia consult.
Once your patient has filled out the medical history forms and determined to be a safe candidate for office-based anesthesia, we will reach out to your office manager to schedule a surgery date for your patient.
Offices must have oxygen tanks and/or outlets
Enough room must be available to fit the necessary anesthesia equipment.
If an x-ray is not already present in the room, a mobile x-ray device is needed if a dental provider needs x-rays while a patient is sedated.
